Fifteen Form 6 Geography students, joined by their teacher and coach, completed a coastal field study at Lido Beach in Sham Tseng.
Equipped with specialized tools, students measured beach gradients, tracked longshore drift, recorded wind conditions, and analyzed shoreline sediments. Working collaboratively, they translated classroom theories into practical data collection skills.
This hands-on experience deepened their understanding of coastal processes and fostered effective teamwork, turning physical geography into a living, dynamic learning experience beyond the classroom walls.
