Application for Admission to F.1, 2011/2012

Notes to applicants:
(1) Please hand in this form to the school on or before 2 pm, Thursday, 7 July 2011.
Office hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
(2) Please hand in photocopies of your I.D. card & school reports of the previous two school years.
(3) The entrance examination (Chinese, English and Mathematics) will be held between 1:30 pm and
5:00 pm on Friday, 8 July 2011.
(4) All applicants are invited to sit for the entrance examination.
(5) Qualified applicants will be informed by phone for an interview during 9-11 July 2011.

Application for Admission to F.2 – F.4, 2011/2012 

(1) Please hand in this form to the school on or before Thursday, 14 July 2011.
Office hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
(2) Please hand in photocopies of your I.D. card & school reports of the previous two school years.
(3) Lists of applicants qualified to sit for an entrance examination will be posted at the school entrance after 10:00 am on Saturday, 16 July 2011.
(4) The entrance examination (Chinese, English and Mathematics) will be held between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm on Tuesday, 19 July 2011. Calculators can be used in the Mathematics examination.
